I try to use google sketchup to create my version of the iconic lotus bicycle
However, this is my best attempt
as the lotus has a very complicated body, so I was trying to achieve this by creating a retangle shape and then using lines and arc tool to cut into it. And the use push/pull tool to form its body.
However, the plan did not work. as the push pull tool only create a 3D surface when it forms a surface which the body i draw did not. And i could not work out which bit goes wrong.
therefore this is my best attempt and it still has the retangle shape with it.
If anyone knows how to possibly fix the problem....please inform me.

You may have had"problems" with sketchup but the effect created is very interesting. On some images the "box" moves from the inside to the outside. There is a transparency to the object which would be difficult to preconceive
